How long will it take my order to arrive?

Transit times vary per location- Midwest transit is approximately 1-2 days after shipping.  East coast is approximately 3-4 days, and West coast is approximately 4-5 days.

How will my order be shipped?

Parcel orders will be boxed and shipped with UPS, LTL orders will be palletized, wrapped and banded depending on item.

Which days do you ship?

Monday through Friday, unless holiday.

Who are your shipping carriers?

Predominately we use UPS for Parcel, LTL carriers will vary.

Where do you ship from?

Our Distribution Center is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Currently we only ship to the continental United States and Canada.

Do you ship to Armed Services APO?

Yes, we do ship to Armed Services APO.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the continental United States and Canada.

Do you offer lift-gate services for LTL?

No, we do not offer lift-gate services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Card only, at this time.

Can you take payment over the phone?

No, customers should be ordering and paying through the website.

What will show up on my credit card’s billing statement?

Your billing statement will show ECM Industries GB.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Yes, the following states will be subject to Sales Tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin
